These postnatal classes are free in conjunction with The Wright Family Foundation & The Village

Day time sessions:

Held in locations throughout Auckland, these are attended once baby is born, within the first 16 weeks post birth.

Relaxed, informal, supportive catch up with other new parents with baby's of a similar age
Discuss any challenges you may be experiencing now that baby is here, with no judgement, just support
Bring your baby along, get out of the house for a coffee and conversation
Held over 3 x day time morning sessions - baby's, support people, mother in laws etc are always welcome!
Coffee group/ support/ social group discussed and set up if needed

T&C's: Free classes are funded by The Wright Family Foundation /The Village and are facilitated by Your Belly, Birth then Baby. Information such as phone number, email, and name will be passed onto The Wright Family Foundation / The Village the week prior to the course start date.

Please carefully read the course outline to ensure you are booking into the right course for your situation.

Maximum numbers are capped at 16 adults for your comfort. One support person attending is encouraged, if you would like to bring more, please discuss as the venue has limited capacity for seating.
