All information given to Your Belly, Birth then Baby is used to provide you with answers to your questions, and the best course experience for your needs.

No information is passed onto other organisations. 

To hold your booking, full  payment is required within 7 days of confirmation.

Once your payment has been received, acknowledgment of receipt will be emailed to you.

One week prior to the course, I will send you a follow-up email containing:

- A reminder of the date and times.

- Venue information, including parking, amenities, and what to bring.

- Pre-reading materials to prepare for the course.

- Payment: Full payment is required within 7 days. If payment is not received, a reminder will be sent. If there is no response within 14 days, your place will be cancelled.

- Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

- Early Birth: A 50% refund will be issued if your baby arrives early.

- Illness: A 50% refund is available for cancellations due to illness.

- Course Attendance:

- 6-Week Series: Missing three or more classes due to illness or early birth may be eligible for a 20% partial refund.

- Missing one or two classes due to illness, unavailability, or change of mind is not eligible for a refund.

- One-Day/CPR Courses: Leaving early due to illness or change of mind is not eligible for a refund

- If concern is voiced as to the timing of the class and your EDD,  no refund shall be issued for an early birth. 

In the case of an early birth or illness, proof may be requested prior to any refund being issued.
