One day condensed class

Ideal for busy people who would like important topics covered in a no nonsense manner - done and dusted in one day!

• Held over one full day 9am - 5pm in venues throughout Auckland.

• Includes 2 x 15 min breaks and a minimum of 45 min  for lunch to relax and get to know the other participants.

• Each topic is covered in 15 - 45 mins.

• Class made up of discussions, small group work and demonstrations.

• Best attended 25 +  weeks of pregnancy.

• Includes email prior to class with pre-reading to introduce the topics that will be discussed

• Includes an emailed detailed summary of what was discussed. 

• Coffee group/ support/ social group discussed and set up

• Cost for Auckland classes: 

  • $120 to attend the full day class only

  • $170 to attend the full day class + baby & child CPR and choking course

• Cost for Waiheke Island class 

  • $150 to attend the full day class
