Evening classes - Your Belly, Birth then Baby:

These classes are held on a Monday night from 6.45pm to 9.15pm in locations around Auckland.

Each topic explored with conversation, small group work, demonstrations and Q&A
Includes a 15 min break each night to meet the other participants
Best attended 25 + weeks of pregnancy.
Includes pre-session reading each week to introduce you to the following weeks topics
Includes extensive summaries after each session
Coffee group/ support/ social group discussed and set up
Class numbers are capped at 12 pregnant individuals + support person
Cost: $180 to attend

Nights 1 - 3 Your belly & birth - 3 x nights discussing preparing for your birth, all labour & birth options & medical assistance

Nights 4- 6 Then baby - 3 x nights discussing your new life with baby & newborn baby care, and planning ahead to make life a bit easier
